Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Welcome to SG 4D/Toto Almanac. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it secure.
1. Account Information
When you log in using your Google account, we receive your full name and email address from Google. We use this to personalize your experience (e.g., "Welcome, [Your Name]") and to associate your saved data (like generated numbers) with your account.
2. App Usage Data
We log visits to our application to understand which features are popular and to monitor overall traffic. This data includes the page visited and is associated with your user account to help us improve our services. We do not track your activity within each page.
Your privacy is paramount when you use our OCR Ticket Scanner. When you upload a ticket image, it is sent to a secure cloud service for the sole purpose of temporary processing by an AI model to extract the numbers. The image is **not stored permanently** and is **not linked to your user account** in any way.
1. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, using secure cloud infrastructure. All data transmission is encrypted.
2. Third-Party Services
We use Google for authentication. Your login process is handled by Google, and we only receive your basic profile information as mentioned above. Your use of Google's services is subject to their own privacy policies.
1. Accessing and Deleting Your Data
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. To do so, please contact us at sg4dalmanac@gmail.com.
2. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
3. Questions
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please read our Terms of Service or contact us directly.
